launched an automated Shipment Tracking lnformation (STI)
service, providing customers with direct and timely information on their
worldwide shipment. The new service allows customers to receive automated
tracking and delivery information from Oman Cargo for their express
shipments by email or fax. Customers will be able to
choose the frequency of receiving the tracking information - tailoring
this to their schedules.Customer
service is something Oman Cargo prides itself on. We created this particular
service based on ourcustomers' requests and needs; to enable our clients
to have tighter control on their express shipments by providing them with
